| Future meetings: The next meeting of the society will take place on Sunday, 31st October 2010 at Kingsbury Vihara. Sumana Bhante has already booked the Vihara for us from 2 – 5 PM. We plan to invite Nepalese organisations and individuals with interest in Buddha Dharma and hoping to spend first half of the meeting discussing our society’s business and the second half of the meeting exchanging experiences with other Nepalese organisations like Sakya Ling, Buddhist Community Centre (UK), Byoma Kusuma Buddha Dharma Society and others. Our society already had preliminary discussion with some of them and they have agreed to attend. The purpose of the meeting is to share experiences and to discuss ways and means of improving cooperation among Nepalese Buddhist organisations for the benefit of all. |
